Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use in accordance with procedures.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, reports and logs.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items with short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Prepare orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
