Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group in Brainerd, MN seeks a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine to provide podiatric care in long-term and senior care facilities. This part-time (1099) position offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation with benefits for future W-2 paths.

You will diagnose, treat, and prevent foot and lower limb conditions, document in NextGen EMR on an iPad, and collaborate with facility staff to achieve patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPM degree required.
• Active state licensure or eligibility.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health.
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes.
• Document clinical encounters in EMR on a company-issued iPad.
