Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians with a US license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will review cases across multiple organ systems and provide structured scoring and concise rationales.

This role offers flexible hours and no patient contact, enabling participation around clinical practice. Contributors are compensated per approved task at a rate aligned with $100/hr equivalent, with a $50 onboarding reward after first production task

Qualifications

• Active US medical license verified at onboarding and monthly checks.
• MD or DO degree and board-certified or residency-trained is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project.
• Score vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Check reasoning chains and write short rationales.
• Participate in three independent reads followed by physician adjudication.
