Flagship Therapy in Meridian, ID is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The role focuses on evaluating patients with cognitive and ADL issues, developing care plans, and delivering evidence-based rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels.
• New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop a plan of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan (ADL retraining; therapeutic activities; therapeutic exercises; modalities; devices).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; make referrals as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
