Creekside Transitional Care & Rehab in Meridian, ID is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care to geriatric patients.

New grads are welcome. A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license is required to join our team focused on compassionate, evidence-based therapy and patient-centered recovery.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
