Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in a SNF and home health setting in Wayland, Iowa. You’ll evaluate patients, develop plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to help patients reach goals.

This role includes supervising PTAs and offers flexible scheduling, travel between sites, and a supportive mentorship culture. Competitive pay with benefits and continuing education opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reach patient goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities; role split between Home Health and SNF with weekend schedule.
