Job summary

Flagship Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time engagement in a skilled nursing/ long-term care setting in Washington, DC. The clinician will evaluate and treat mobility, strength, balance and functional impairments, and create personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold a PT license in the state and have an APTA-accredited degree (BS/MS/DPT).

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
