Job summary

Walgreens in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions. You will own the photo department’s inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability while supporting merchandising and a clean, safe store environment.

You will engage customers at the photo counter, resolve issues, and drive sales through upselling photo products.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of retail experience.

Responsibilities

Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and identify needs to provide personalized products and services.
Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and maintaining records.
Processes and fulfills photo and web pickup orders for timely delivery of a seamless customer experience.
