You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, transportation, companionship, and medication reminders, while maintaining safety and dignity. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Valid MO driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and good communicator, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals
• Help with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders and report concerns to a supervisor
• Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways
• Engage clients in activities for joy and companionship
