Job summary

Warren Nursing & Rehab in Warren, Ohio is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (Per Diem) to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders and tailor plans to individual needs.

The per diem schedule offers flexibility to choose shifts while collaborating with an interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care and support patients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
Current ASHA certification required.
Experience with geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the rehabilitation team
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
