Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a Nurse Regional Float (PRN) for the System Staffing Office, coordinating care across DHMC Lebanon and affiliated facilities. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Recognizes changes in patient status and escalates as needed to the care team.
• Mentors colleagues and precepts students and new hires.
• Prioritizes and organizes time to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicates effectively across diverse care teams.
