Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem Primary Care Physician to provide flexible coverage across our North Shore practices, including Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody, Rowley, Salem, Saugus, and Swampscott. This role supports continuity of care during unplanned absences and vacations.

You will join a collaborative float pool with strong team support, Epic EMR, and PSLF eligibility, with after-hours call relief and AI-enabled documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Per Diem eligibility for flexible coverage in Primary Care Float Pool.
• Coverage across North Shore practice locations: Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody, Rowley, Salem, Saugus, Swampscott.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care coverage during unplanned absences, extended leaves, vacations, and vacancies.
• Deliver continuous patient care across multiple practices within Mass General Brigham's North Shore network.
• Collaborate with APPs, RNs, and staff through team-based care and AHCP.
