Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a flexible per diem Primary Care Float across our North Shore practices in and around Peabody, MA.

You will work with an integrated team including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Proficiency with EPIC EMR and flexible scheduling are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Flexible per diem opportunity across North Shore primary care practices.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate primary care across floating assignments.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators and specialists to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and in-basket management to support efficient workflow.
