Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Maine Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats residents within the facility.
• Communicates with residents, families, physicians and the care team.
• Maintains accurate documentation of services in the medical record.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary therapy team.
