Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a floating Per Diem Physical Therapist to cover sub-acute and senior living facilities in Lewiston and Auburn, ME. You will provide PT services across assisted living, independent living and memory care settings, collaborating with rehab therapists and nursing staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

The role requires a current PT license or eligibility, strong computer and documentation skills, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Active PT license or eligibility to practice in Maine.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PT services in senior living settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-based environment.
• Maintain timely electronic documentation of therapy services.
• Be flexible with per diem hours.
