Job summary

Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our per diem team. This PRN role supports patient recovery with individualized plans, therapeutic sessions, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates have a PT degree, PA licensure, and APTA registration. Per Diem schedule offers flexibility, including weekends and holidays, to balance personal and professional commitments.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program.
• Active licensure to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
• PT certification or registration with the APTA.
• Per Diem schedule with flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and well-being.
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises and massages, to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, progress and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and organizational values.
