Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• 0 years of experience in physical therapy, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Physical stamina to lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert physical therapy services to patients as needed, including evaluations, treatments, and education
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
