Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in the Los Angeles area (including Pasadena) seeks a Physical Therapist to work as a Per Diem Float across outpatient orthopedic clinics. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to support multiple locations while remaining part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
