Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide early intervention services to children and families in their homes and community settings across New Jersey.

This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability. Join a supportive team to conduct evaluations, develop IFSP outcomes, and deliver services in natural environments while collaborating with families and EI staff.

Qualifications

• Current NJ OT license.
• Experience in early intervention or pediatrics preferred.
• Strong communication and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
