Job summary

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, a network providing outpatient orthopedic care in Orange County, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for per diem float coverage. You will support therapists across multiple clinic locations, including Irvine, Newport Beach, and Laguna Niguel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Valid OTA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support occupational therapists in executing treatment plans and setting up equipment.
• Participate in patient evaluations and data collection.
• Assist in therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and staff.
