Hearts For Dementia LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver to assist clients in their homes with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity. The role offers per diem shifts, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work with diverse clients in the West Valley area while maintaining HIPAA compliance and compassionate care.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and caregiving certification is preferred; CPR/First

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, caregiving certification is preferred.
• Driver's license is required and reliable transportation is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and movement, including transferring clients in and out of bed or vehicles.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
• Medication assistance and monitoring clients' health conditions
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and tidy living environment.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
