Job summary

Always Best Care Private Nursing in Greater Boston is seeking an experienced RN for per-diem home health care in Norfolk County, MA. The RN will assess patients, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and supervise CNAs under the direction of the Director of Private Nursing.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, safe medication administration, and patient/family education. Flexible shifts, per-diem arrangements, and opportunities for professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current MA nursing license required.
• Current BLS card.
• Experience in medical-surgical and critical care preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and perform skilled tasks such as wound care.
• Supervise CNAs, QMAPs and non-certified personnel as assigned.
• Communicate with Director of Nursing to update plan of care as needed.
• Perform RN duties per case requirements.
