Family Pillars Homecare is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs in Sarasota, Florida, to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Responsibilities include performing skilled nursing visits, carrying out shift-based care, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The ideal candidates will hold an active Florida RN or LPN license, have excellent communication and clinical judgment, and possess reliable transportation. We offer competitive rates and flexible scheduling based on availability.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification (BLS) is mandatory.
• Experience in Medicare-certified home health is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care and IV administration.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians to update care plans.
