Proficient with EMR documentation using WellSky Kinnser.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home evaluations, start of care, and follow-up visits.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and equipment use.
Document visits using WellSky Kinnser EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the care team.
