Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care throughout Nassau County, NY. Drivers are needed for current Nassau County cases, with opportunities in Port Washington, Garden City, Glen Cove and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license – REQUIRED for select cases.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year.
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
