Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license (or compact multistate privilege).
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid CO driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and clinical monitoring across three programs.
• Provide caregiver training and oversight, tailoring care plans.
• Document care activities and maintain patient records with autonomy.
• Support IHSS and ILST components through teaching and supervision.
