Jamestown Family Health Clinic in Sequim, WA is seeking a Per Diem Family Practice Physician to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You'll work with an experienced multidisciplinary team, maintain EPIC documentation, and provide preventive care while supporting quality improvement initiatives. The role offers flexible per diem scheduling and the opportunity to serve a Tribal FQHC community.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility).
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and manage treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and patient education to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with the integrated care team to ensure coordinated patient experiences.
• Manage medications in partnership with on-site clinical pharmacists.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Contribute to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
