Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical exams and managing treatment plans.
• Providing preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborating with care team for seamless patient experiences.
• Managing medications with clinical pharmacists.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC system.
