Oasis Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for per diem and flexible scheduling to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will help with daily living skills, support community participation, and encourage independence while ensuring safety.

Strong communication and reliability are essential, and background checks/training are required.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus but not required.
• Must complete required background checks and training.
