Qualifications

• Completion of NYS approved certified Nursing Assistant program
• Registered Certified Nurse Aide in New York State
• Ability to read, write and speak English; associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or assist residents with activities per individualized care plans
• Transport residents to activities and provide leisure activities as needed
• Perform evaluation and reporting; communicate with families and team members
• Respond to resident requests in a timely manner; maintain a clean and safe environment
