Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Unity Living Center, 89 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611. The role is per diem with weekend shifts monthly and one holiday per season, covering day, evening, or night hours.

You will work with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, individualized care and support residents and families. Requirements include NYS CNA program completion, 18+ age, and NYS CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of NYS approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Minimum age 18.
• Registered Certified Nurse Aide in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or assist residents in activities per care plan; transport to activities; support resident and family; report to team.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Support families and respond to resident requests; relay reports to the team.
