• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Train graduate students and post-doctoral fellows in experimental design.
• Generate hypotheses and design and perform experiments to test them.
• Execute multiple experiments independently over time.
• Record all experimental findings and analyze data.
• Suggest and test protocol modifications based on results.
• Prepare figures/diagrams for presentations/publications.
• Communicate results and collaborate with collaborators.
• Contribute to project design and scientific discussions.
• Read and review relevant scientific literature.
• Assist in writing grants, reports, and manuscripts.
