Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine in New York City seeks a Research Associate for clinical research data collection and participant follow-up across dialysis centers in all five boroughs. This per diem position offers flexible hours, including early mornings as early as 4:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biomedical or Physical Sciences.
• Experience with clinical research data collection and chart abstraction.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and patient safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Train graduate students and postdocs in study design and data collection.
• Generate hypotheses and design experiments to test them.
• Conduct multiple experiments and record findings in lab notebooks.
• Prepare figures, manuscripts, and presentations for publication.
• Coordinate with study staff to ensure protocol adherence and timely data collection.
