Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per diem, hourly and with flexible scheduling. You will provide data-driven ABA services, in-person or remote, to support children and families while being supported by a dedicated Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with families and schools, and adherence to BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
