Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy, part of Cole Health, in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) to join our growing team. The role offers flexibility with 3-4 days per week in clinic or school settings and options for Pay-Per-Visit or guaranteed hourly pay, plus a sign-on bonus and/or student loan payment assistance.

Qualifications

• Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed).
• North Carolina SLP license.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP designation or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct engaging, client-centered assessments.
• Develop and implement fun, effective therapy plans.
