Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• WA State OT licensure
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with caregivers
• Knowledge of current pediatric therapy practices
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Pediatric evaluation and treatment including feeding, motor skills, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and fine motor delays
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and other medical professionals
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Provide on-site pediatric OT services and family education
• Support children across home, school, and community environments
