Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Active Washington State License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or associate-level accepted with supervision).
• Specialized training or certification in Play Therapy (RPT or working toward RPT preferred).
• Experience working with children ages 0–12 and their families.
• Knowledge of sensory processing and emotional regulation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide play-based therapy sessions for children (individual and small group).
• Integrate approaches from child-centered play therapy, DIR/Floortime, and other evidence-based models.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and family consultations.
