Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and English fluency required for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance according to the patient care plan.
• Communicate with Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing.
• Perform light housework and other independent living tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
