Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required in the state of employment.
At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Guard card or license preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of emergency.
Warn violators of rule infractions.
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents and incidents; maintain logs.
Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
