Cardinal Health's Saint Charles facility is seeking a flexible warehouse worker to support operations with a Monday night shift (6:00pm–2:30am or finish). The role includes scheduling shifts, onboarding, and potential additional shifts as business needs require.

Compensation is $21.67 per hour, including shift differential, with paid time off per applicable laws. The position emphasizes order fulfillment, inventory control, and cross-training across warehouse functions, with on-site

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and stand for entire shifts.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill orders accurately by picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects as needed.
• May wear steel-toed boots and work in cold conditions during shifts.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe environment.
• Train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
• Operate equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret, pallet jack, and walkie rider when assigned.
