Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Concord, CA. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts to increase earnings.

You will provide security-related customer service, perform patrols, and respond to incidents while maintaining professionalism and adherence to site procedures. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• This role requires a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence while assisting with visitor directions, tenant inquiries, and other security-related customer service needs.
