Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Winchester, KY. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling higher earnings while maintaining a part-time schedule.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, HS diploma or equivalent, and a background check with possible drug screening.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations for supervision.
