Job summary

Pleasant Ridge Manor is seeking a Transportation Driver for a part-time role. You will safely transport residents to appointments and activities, and secure them in wheelchairs in the transport vans. A high school diploma, PA driver’s license, and clean driving record are required, with the ability to lift wheelchairs and assist residents.

Flexibility in hours is needed; you may be scheduled off at times. You will pass a post-offer drug screen and background checks as part of the employment

Qualifications

• Must have high school grad/equiv.
• Valid and unencumbered PA driver’s license; good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull wheelchairs of all sizes and secure chairs.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Secure residents in wheelchairs in the transport vans.
• Perform pre-trip check, fueling, and van cleaning.
• Report any mechanical issues with the vehicle.
