Job summary

IHA seeks a compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our integrated care team across southeast Michigan, including Chelsea and nearby locations. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field.
• Active Michigan licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LP, LLP (supervision requirements met).
• CAADC certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience in outpatient or integrated care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams via EHR and meetings.
• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
