Bright Horizons is seeking a Part-time Substitute Teacher to join an inspiring team dedicated to nurturing young learners.

As an on-call substitute, you’ll support daily activities, assist with lessons, and help maintain safe, clean classrooms across centers in the Minneapolis area.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass state and company background checks; some child care experience or a CDA is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
• 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• Have a completed minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations
