Qualifications

• Background checks required by state and Bright Horizons.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year of child care or preschool experience preferred.
• Completion of minimum 16 qualifying credits or a CDA to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet needs of children.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure safe and clean classroom following procedures and guidelines.
