Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC in Nashville, TN is hiring for part-time, seasonal roles designed for students, teachers, or anyone seeking flexible hours. Store hours run Monday–Saturday 9:30AM–6:30PM, with Sundays off.

You will assist customers, help with food prep, and share product knowledge to drive add-on sales, while keeping the store clean and organized. Prior customer service or food prep experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as cook, cashier, crew member, or store associate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in phone, catering, lunch and in-store retail with friendly, courteous service.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham & turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upsell with suggested items.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive, owning responsibilities during shift.
• Follow all processes and company standards, including safety and respectful workplace policies.
