Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking friendly part-time team members for seasonal or flexible hours. We offer TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules to accommodate students, teachers, or anyone needing extra income.

Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM, and we’re closed on Sundays. As a team member, you’ll assist phone, catering, in-store customers with exceptional service, help with food preparation, and maintain clean merchandising.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food prep experience preferred.
• Experience in cook, cashier, crew member, or store associate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with friendly service.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive add-on sales through suggestions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Work productively throughout shifts and take responsibility for tasks.
• Follow all processes, procedures and safety policies.
