Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, Bartlett, TN is hiring for part-time roles with truly flexible schedules. We welcome students, teachers, retirees, and anyone needing to work around commitments.

Our stores run Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, closed Sundays, offering friendly service opportunities in a casual environment. You’ll help customers, assist with food prep, share product knowledge, and maintain clean, appealing displays while following all safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Good communication and attention to detail; prior customer service or food prep experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive add-on sales through suggestive selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive during shifts with responsibility for assigned activities.
• Follow all processes and comply with safety, security and respectful workplace policies.
