The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking individuals for part-time or seasonal roles that fit around school, family, or other commitments. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday, with flexible hours and no Sunday shifts.

You will help customers, assist with food preparation, and contribute to a friendly, clean store environment. Prior customer service or food prep experience is a plus; we value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn about our products.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-on sales to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout the shift, owning assigned tasks.
• Follow all procedures and policies, including safety and respectful workplace guidelines.
